1. Introduction
This website (the “Site”) is operated by J & E May Pty Ltd (630008445) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), trading under the brand name Koraliki.
By accessing or using this Site, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase will apply.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age; or
• You are using the Site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
Koraliki designs and sells handmade bracelets in limited quantities.
Due to the handmade and natural nature of materials used (including stone, synthetic, plastic, shell, glass, pearl and metal components):
• Variations in colour, tone, size, texture and shape may occur.
• Product images are illustrative only.
• Each piece may differ slightly from the images shown.
• AI images may be used as lifestyle shots with bracelet likeness.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Limited Sunday Releases
Koraliki operates on a limited-release model. Products are released for sale on designated Sundays (“Sunday Release”).
• Quantities are strictly limited.
• Items are available while stocks last.
• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of order confirmation.
We are not liable if a product becomes unavailable prior to checkout completion.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of technical error, overselling, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to acceptance of an order.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
If a pricing error occurs due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
You are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to:
• A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and
• To have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a product is found to have a major failure, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
8. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to the limited and handmade nature of our products.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Care and Use
Our bracelets are handmade and should be worn with reasonable care.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
• Misuse
• Exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive force
• Improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
Care instructions, where provided, must be followed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to:
• Product designs
• Photographs
• Written descriptions
• Branding
• Logos
• The “Made Once” concept
is the property of J & E May Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• We exclude all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
• Our liability is limited, at our option, to the replacement of goods, repair of goods, or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing goods.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
