1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Koraliki website operated by J & E May Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

All orders are dispatched from Australia.


2. Sunday Releases & Dispatch Timeframes

Koraliki operates on a limited Sunday release model.

Orders placed during a Sunday release are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During high-volume releases, dispatch timeframes may extend slightly. We will notify customers if significant delays occur.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.


3. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are indicative only.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Australia Post or courier services
• Incorrect address details provided at checkout
• Weather events
• Industrial action
• Public holidays
• Events outside our reasonable control


4. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered:

• Delivery timeframes vary by destination.
• Customs processing times are outside our control.
• Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

If international shipping is not offered, remove this section.


5. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated shipping address.

Title to goods remains with J & E May Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.


6. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the incorrect address.
• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Provide your order number and relevant details.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement or refund if the goods fail to arrive due to our responsibility or are damaged in transit.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Where tracking indicates that an item has been delivered, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or misplaced after delivery.

If you are concerned about parcel security, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address.
